Policies & Guidelines

Following policies and guidelines allow each resident of Fox Meadow to enjoy a fine environment for themselves and their families, preserve and enjoy the Common Green Space and maximize property values. There are several tools for homeowners to use to familiarize themselves with the policies and guidelines that rule Fox Meadow. Click on the links below.

Master Covenants

You should have received a copy when you moved in to the development. Contact the Master Association if you do not have a copy. Visit the Homeowner Resources page to find out how.

Sub-Association or Cluster Covenants

In addition to belonging to the Master Homeowner’s Association, certain neighborhoods or clusters belong to a Sub-Association and must abide by their Covenants as well. Often these Covenants may be more stringent than the regulations outlined here or in the Master Declaration. Please consult your Sub-Association contacts for details.

Board-Reviewed Policies

From time to time it is necessary for your Master Board to clarify, modify and establish rules for the good of the development.

Design Review Committee

Our Covenants require that a Design Review Committee be created to approve applications for architectural projects within the Fox Meadow development. Any change to the exterior of your home — from paint color to new landscaping or the addition of a swingset — must be pre-approved by the DRC. Visit the Design Review Committee page for more information.
